I feel like April is one of those months that tends to just not be very memorable. The weather is hit or miss and May just happens to be a much more exciting month (sunshine! flowers! bare legs!). For me, April was much more low key – it was a lovely break from the travel and craziness of the past few months and I was finally able to recharge & get back into a groove with my life in Chicago.

Some highlights:

My loft was featured on one of my go-to reads, Glitter Guide
Soaked up some warm weather with long walks home from work
Did my best to force spring weather with bright colors & my warm weather wardrobe

Spent as much time as possible playing fetch with Callie in the park

Convinced Nike to host a #BeyonceBooty class at NTC Chicago (and it was amazing!)

Caught up with friends over brunch + lots of pancakes & coffee

Margarita happy hours that end up being a little bit too happy ;)
