Headed to Cartagena, Colombia.
Back in February a random text popped up from my friend Shikha, “found a good deal on flights to Colombia, want to go?” and fifteen minutes later, I found myself with a trip to Colombia on the calendar. Did I really know anything about Colombia? Nope. Was Cartagena on my radar or travel wish list? Nope. But why the hell not?
So I’m headed to Colombia in a few weeks for a little South America getaway! For anyone who has been, do you have any recommendations for us? Shikha is a master trip planner and has set us up with an amazing Google Doc of places to eat, drinks to be had and activities to be done so stay tuned for a recap in a few weeks with our favorites.
