Has anyone else noticed that gingham is everywhere this spring? The pattern is always such a classic for the warm weather months but I swear, every store is loaded with gingham everything – from bags to bombers, gingham is this season’s pattern in a big way.

Since I’m always game for gingham, I was pretty excited when I spotted Old Navy’s cami dress in a dainty blue and white gingham pattern. I’m a sucker for a fit and flare and seem to always stock up on the Old Navy cami dress every season when they release new colors and patterns (you can see another blue and white option from last summer here!), plus with the dress’ $30 price tag… it was meant to be.

We had a few true days of summer weather last week with temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s (a rarity for SF!), which meant it was time to take full advantage and debut my newest gingham find. When paired with wedges, a denim jacket and a cross body bag, the dress made for the perfect frock for soaking in the sunshine.
