As I work to finish up this loft of mine I figured I’d share some of the inspiration I’m digging up thanks to the wonderfulness of Pinterest. When I was preparing to move out of my studio I instantly knew my beloved IKEA Expedit bookshelf (which I had used as a room divider) was not going to work in my new space and it was back to the drawing board in terms of storage.

Fast forward three months and my living room is still very much a work in progress – think a television sitting on the floor and stacks of books everywhere. In an effort to get my act together and get this place finished (so we can shoot another home tour!) – here are some of the latest ideas for the living room in terms of bookcase inspiration:
