Well, it’s that time again – race season. I spent most of last year figuring this whole running thing out, leaning how to train and defeat the little voice in my head that was constantly remding me of how much I hated running. It was a year of many firsts, my first distance run since I ran cross country in high school, my first race (Lincoln Park 10K), my first half marathon (Chicago Women’s Half) and ultimately my first marathon (Chicago).
