I wasn’t kidding when I said that I’m constantly wearing dresses as soon as the weather heats up. A forecast of 90 degree weather and humidity (oof) meant I wanted something cotton and loose fitting to help stay cool. Plus, how can you resist polka dots? It’s pretty darn impossible.
