You know those pieces in your wardrobe that just make you feel a little bit cooler the second you slip them on? These pants totally do that for me. I snatched them up on super sale from J. Crew while shopping for my Refinery29 shoot (after the stylist convinced me that I needed ’em) and they’ve become a staple, whether it’s paired with a bold tee or kept simple with chambray.

Let’s just call ’em my sassy pants.
