When you attend an event at an aquarium that is very appropriately named “BLU”, you dress for the theme. I snagged this simple midi dress on super sale from J. Crew a few weeks ago and knew  it would be the perfect choice for this year’s Shedd BLU event. The saturated color worked well when paired with metallic shoes and a fun patterned clutch.
