It’s official. I’m going to be spending Thanksgiving in London and Paris! I’ve been giddy since we booked our flights this weekend – I haven’t been to Europe since I was five and went on a family trip to Austria and Germany (which basically doesn’t count). I’ve been dying to visit both London and Paris but always had some sort of excuse or reason why the timing wasn’t right and since I typically stay in Chicago for Thanksgiving, I’ve decided to take a little vacation over the holiday instead. 

So, as I plan and prep and obsess over this trip for the next two months, I’m dying to know if you have any recommendations, tips or favorite places in London and Paris. If you’ve been to either city, spill it! We’re going to be doing two days in London and four in Paris and want to jam in as much as possible during the trip, so we’d love any input on where to stay (thinking Airbnb – any favorites?), what to see and of course, what to eat.
